Leading Fence Installer/Machine Operator.

Djurgårdens Stängselmontage AB in Eslöv has been installing fences for Skåne's wildlife and nature since 1986. We primarily install fences for and against animals. Our customers include private individuals, companies, municipalities, county administrative boards, and the state. We are now continuing to expand and are growing with an additional self-propelled post driver and more fence installers.

We are primarily looking for you who can lead, plan, and execute work in a small group of fence installers, with pride and results in focus. Just as well as you organize your own group, you also work well with shared leadership in a larger group. We are a total of about 8-10 installers, where the size of the groups changes according to the size of the assignments. You are well acquainted with driving and handling tractors, as well as other self-propelled machines.

As a leader, you are part of the team that works and strives towards the same goal. The tasks include everything from driving wooden posts with a machine to manual fence work. Even though we use the best tools, the work is physical and involves some heavy lifting.

You truly enjoy being outdoors and working year-round. The tasks are varied for the right person. You do not need to know about fencing from the start; we will teach you.

Our fences are built with quality and pride, so if you cannot perform work with pride and a strong work ethic, you probably do not fit into our team.

BE and chainsaw licenses are advantageous, and if you also have experience operating machinery from agriculture or forestry, this is a big plus.

The work is carried out throughout Skåne, but we normally always start from Djurgården in Eslöv. We work a 4-day week with 10 hours/day. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 06:30-17:15. Off Friday to Sunday.

Start date and salary according to agreement. Positions are filled continuously.
